Last year we were approached by Centurion Transport and The Road Safety Commission to print and install several temporary safety campaigns onto fridge trailers. The challenge for this project was that the client wanted the advertising to go over the top of their existing branding!
The product had to be tough enough to last for the duration of the campaign, while being easy to remove with minimal damage to the graphics underneath. We decided on Avery Transit film which is ideal for short term promotional advertising, particularly on trucks.
Each trailer used a massive 64 metres of print and took half a day to install. We did two different designs, one focusing on speed (Don't be a creep) and the other on drink driving (Blow 0.05 and you blow over).
The advertising was removed late last year with zero damage to the graphics. We would highly recommend this product to transport companies who want to run a temporary campaign between 3-6 months.
This campaign is urging road users to stick to drive safely, particularly in regional areas of Western Australia. These trailers serviced the North West route of WA including Karratha, Port Hedland, Broome and Kununurra, along with Kalgoorlie.
